The AGM agreed the following:
- Minutes of the AGM held on 21st November 2019 at the Holiday Inn, Filton, Bristol were approved as a correct record;
- Amendments to the Articles of the Association;
- The Finance report was approved including the re-appointment of Steele Robertson Goddard as the Association’s accountants;
- The election of the directors appointments as listed below:
- Chair – John Austin
- Vice-Chair – Peter Sass
- Director of Finance – John Austin
- Director of Training – Susan Biddle
- Director of Communications – Joanna Boaler
- Company Secretary (Joint) – Priya Patel and Michelle Beaumont.
John Austin also thanked outcoming Company Secretary Peter Savage for his contribution over the last two years and wished him the very best.
