ADSO Awards submissions

Thanks again to all those authorities who submitted entries for the 2018 ADSO awards. You helped make it the most competitive awards to date and all the judges were impressed with the professionalism and commitment shown by every authority who took part. You will hopefully know by now that the London Borough of Sutton received the Team of the Year award with Brent London Borough being highly commended. Congratulations to both groups of staff and well done also to Exeter and Tower Hamlets for being shortlisted.

The entries for Sutton and Brent are attached to assist organisational learning and the transfer of good practice to others. Please note however that the written submission was only the first stage of the process. The four shortlisted authorities then presented to the judging panel  via skype and answered challenging questions to test out their submission. The judges’ decisions were based on both stages of the assessment process.
