The Board met last Friday and had a productive meeting. Partnership working with other organisations was one area we discussed and something we will continue to enhance in the coming months. The International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) are having their Regional Symposium in Stratford upon Avon in 2019 and ADSO will play a key role in helping with the arrangements and look forward to what will be a great event, the last two have been held in Brussels. You may have also received notification from the IIMC about their elections, a list of candidates can be found here: we wish all the candidates the best of luck.
While i was away my weekly message was covered by Vice Chair Dave Burn, which was well received. I am therefore asking all Directors to contribute in this way over the year and for them to update you on their areas of responsibility.
