Our 10th Anniversary Conference held in Bristol for the first time is finally over. We had a great selection of speakers and workshops over the 2 days and you can see some of the pictures from the conference on our facebook page
Well done to the 25 learners who completed their Qualification Certificate or Diploma and congratulations to Barbel Gale, Northamptonshire County Council who was awarded Learner of the Year.
You will also find copies of all the presentations and material used in the workshops on the website.

Thanks to all those delegates who attended and I hope you all got home safely. A special thank you must also go to those Board members and hotel staff who stepped up to the mark and used their own cars to take delegates to the train station when the taxis booked by the hotel failed to show. Apologies for the delay and disruption this caused to those who were waiting for taxis. If any of you missed your trains and incurred extra costs please send us your original and new receipts and we will reimburse you for the extra train costs.
