I have posted a request for information on the members’ forum. Does anybody out there have a protocol please for the attendance of Metro Mayors and/or Police & Crime Commissioners at events when your Mayor and other Councillors may attend. Who takes precedence? If so, please send to me urgently. Failing that, please let me have your views.
