ADSO and Lawyers in Local Government (LLG) have produced guidance following the publication of The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No.2) (England) Regulations 2020 on 4 July 2020 and the guidance for the safe use of Council Buildings.
The guidance details the Regulations that are revoked and the position on gatherings both indoors and outdoors.
It also provides information about holding in person meetings, however it is for each local authority to decide whether to hold in person meetings, the provisions to hold virtual meetings remain in force.
