We are delighted to announce the individuals who have been shortlisted for the Learner of the Year at the #ADSOAwards 2021.
The Learner of the Year award is open to Learners who have completed either the ADSO Certificate or Diploma since the previous awards ceremony for learners in November 2020.
These learners were nominated by their Assessor and supported by their Line Manager.
The shortlisted learners were required to demonstrate significant progress, innovation or resilience during the course of their studies, apply their learning in the workplace for the benefit of their organisation, demonstrate new skills or personal development as a result of their studies and show that their qualification and learning experience has directly influenced their progression in the workplace.
Those shortlisted for 2021 are:
Thomas Crofts from North Kesteven District Council
John Cole from Warwickshire County Council
Cathy Hayward from The London Borough of Sutton
