The ADSO Board has agreed to have a General Meeting of the Association to review and update the Articles of Association, including the format and date of the Annual General Meeting.

As a consequence the Annual General Meeting will now be held in February 2024 and further details will be published in due course.
To note, we need a quorum of 5% (74 members) for the General Meeting, only ADSO members are able to vote on agenda items.
