I hope you all enjoyed a good bank holiday weekend. I’ve had two very pleasant days walking the Lancashire countryside.
This week saw the The International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Annual Conference get underway, our Vice Chair Dave Burn is representing ADSO at the event, you can keep updated with the program via our twitter feed. Dave will also be preparing a brief report for members in the coming weeks.
I know most of you are heavily in involved in the preparations for the snap general election next week, good luck to you all.
I want to congratulate Hannah Cleary (ex Basildon Council) and Tina Dudley (Purbeck Council) on achieving their ADSO Certificate. Well done to you both and to those who supported you.
