We have an international flavour this week. As part of our membership of the IIMC, you will know that we have helped organise two very successful symposiums in Brussels in 2014 and 2017. A number of ADSO members attended and had a great time.
The next event is being planned for 2019 and I’m pleased to say that the IIMC has agreed that it should be held in the UK. So we are busy identifying possible venues for a 2 day event attracting possibly in excess of 150 delegates. As well as the conference itself, delegates from Europe will be wanting to visit key landmarks and attractions. London is an obvious choice in many ways but the cost of the venue and accommodation may be prohibitive. So we will be discussing a number of options across the country. I will keep you posted as things develop.
This is my last bulletin for 4 weeks as I’m pleased to say that I am off to the far east (no not Norfolk!) for a holiday. Dave Burn our Vice-Chair and other board members will be providing the weekly update.
